Basic Program

As the name suggests, this program is primarily designed to introduce you to the ‘basic’ concepts of training your dog. You will learn how to get your dog to respond to a number of commands such as; sit, drop and come! At this stage of your training we focus heavily on teaching your dog how to behave appropriately when on the lead – NO pulling, NO jumping, NO lunging, and NO lagging! You will participate in ALL of the socialisation and confidence activities designed for this level and are provided with basic Behavioural advice as required. This program generally requires participation in approximately 8 – 10 classes to pass.
